There is some content overlap depending on the module, but all can be customized as segments or workshops.  The combination of all modules provides a great half-day to day-and-a-half session for groups.  Modules presented include:

• Communicating Like Experts
  Verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills and etiquette critical for a professional work environment and individual success.
• Customer Loyalty
  This module is based on the concepts of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument and The Platinum Rule®.  Participants gain an understanding of communication styles and how to engage, motivate and collaborate with each.
• Designing Change
  Based on change management and behavioral theories, this module provides a framework for a team or individuals to methodically and positively prepare for change.
• Getting Through It
  Getting past the pain, anger and disappoint so group or self reinvention and success can begin.  Not over or around, but through.
